Flat roofs are a whole different thing, and we work on both commercial buildings and homes.
- For Commercial Buildings (TPO Roofing):
We use TPO for commercial jobs. It’s that white rubbery membrane you see on a lot of flat roofs. It reflects heat really well and holds up great over time. Our guys can build up sections with crickets and tapered insulation so water actually drains off instead of puddling up there. We layer in ISO boards and get the deck ready so everything seals up tight without any leaks.
- For Homes (Modified Bitumen):
On houses, we install rolled modified bitumen for things like porches, garages, or any spot that’s pretty flat. It creates a solid waterproof barrier, stands up to sun damage, and works perfectly in places where you can’t really use regular shingles.
